   What I noticed wasn’t one big change, but a lot of small ones adding up. My skin looked healthier and felt less irritated, especially in spots that usually take longer to calm down. At the same time, my body felt like it bounced back faster from everyday wear, whether that was training, being on my feet, or just staying busy. I wasn’t hyper-focused on aches or rough areas anymore because they didn’t hang around as long. Overall, it felt like my body was repairing and maintaining itself better in the background, without me having to think about it.

   This one showed up in the background of my routine more than anywhere else. My skin started to feel less reactive and looked healthier without me doing anything different. At the same time, everyday wear from staying active didn’t pile up the way it usually does. I could move through my week without constantly noticing tight spots or irritation building. What I liked most was how normal it all felt. Nothing flashy or forced, just a sense that my body was keeping itself in better shape without needing extra attention.
