1. No Returns
Due to the nature of research chemicals, Body and Science does not accept returns under any circumstances.
All sales are final.
2. Replacements / Refunds for Damaged Items Only
We provide a replacement or refund only if:
- Your order arrives damaged, and
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and
- You provide photo/video evidence of the issue
We do not refund or replace:
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items improperly stored
- Orders seized, delayed, or rejected by customs
- Misaddressed packages caused by customer error
All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Body and Science.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been received. If there was an error on our end we will check this but in most cases cancellations are not possible.
