   I’m usually someone who needs a break after just doing normal stuff. Standing too long, running around, even basic errands would catch up to me fast. After a while, that stopped being the case. I could stay on my feet, stay engaged, and not feel like I was pushing myself just to get through the day. It didn’t feel like extra energy, it felt like less friction.
