1. Shipping Origin
All products ship from Canada.
2. Processing Times
Orders typically ship within the same day after payment is received, and sent with 1–3 business days Shipping.
Processing times may vary during peak periods. But On Average orders are sent out the same day Using Canada Post.
3. Shipping Methods
We use reliable carriers based on destination and order type.
Tracking information is provided when available.
We use Expedited Shipping on most orders unless you select Express.
4. Customs Responsibilities
The Customer is solely responsible for:
- Ensuring products are legal to import
- Providing accurate shipping information
Body and Science is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Stolen Packages
- Refused Packages
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the Customer.
We are not liable for:
- Theft
- Wrong delivery location
- Lost packages after delivery
6. Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photo/video evidence
- We will evaluate for a possible replacement (see Refund Policy)
