6. Shipping

All orders ship from Canada.
6.2 Shipping Responsibility
Once an order leaves our facility:

7. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Under our policy option B, Body and Science will provide a replacement or refund only if:
- The product arrives damaged, and
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence
We do not replace or refund:
- Packages lost after delivery
- Confiscated parcels
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the Customer
All decisions are at the sole discretion of Body and Science.
